From now on, questions regarding package delivery will be taken care of by our ticket system.

A ticket number will identify your case within our Customer Service Department.

At times, your packages may experience delays due to missing documentation and/or payment authorization. To help you resolve this problem we ask that you fill out a ticket. We will work to resolve the situation as fast as possible.

To fill out a ticket it is important to have the following information readily available:

  • Your email address (Preferably the same e-mail you used to register with our service.)
  • Your account number or your international address number
  • Your Airway Bill (AWB) number
