will be taken care of by our support ticket system.



A support ticket number will identify your case within our
Client Services Department.



At times, your packages may experience delays due to missing documentation and/or payment authorization.  To help you resolve this problem we ask that you fill out a support ticket. We will work to resolve the situation as fast as possible.

 
 

 
 

To fill out a support ticket it is important to have the following information readily available:

  •  
     
    Your email address (preferably the same email you used to register with our service).
  •  
     
    Your account number and your international shipping address (in your home country).
  •  
     
    Your Airway Bill (AWB) number.
