If your package arrives without an invoice or you failed to create an Alert or upload an invoice, Trincargo would not be responsible for any incorrect Customs Taxes applied. We are also not responsible for any adjustments customs make on the value of your package with or without an invoice.
However, please make every effort to create an alert and send us your invoice.

This is only a cost estimate, your final price will be determined upon receipt and processing of your package in our warehouse.
